5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

5.1 Processing Time

As a print-on-demand service, all orders are custom-made after purchase. Production typically begins within 1-3 business days of order confirmation.

5.2 Delivery Timeframes

Standard shipping takes approximately 7-12 business days from the date of order placement. This timeframe includes both production and shipping time. Please note:

• Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees

• Business days exclude weekends and holidays

• International orders may take longer due to customs processing

• Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control

5.3 Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of order placement.

5.4 Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacement or refund at our discretion.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

6.1 No Returns on Personalized Items

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges on items that have been personalized with the buyer's name or custom text. All personalized orders are final sale. Please carefully review your customization details before completing your purchase.

6.2 Defective or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective item or if we made an error in production (wrong design, wrong product, significant quality issues), please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

6.3 Non-Personalized Items

For non-personalized items, returns may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

6.4 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
